The Management of Agricultural Property Owned by the State Treasury in the Activity of ANR

Abstract

The paper describes the major activities of the Agricultural Property Agency in the field of management of Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury (APS) with particular emphasis on selling and leasing of property. Agency's mission also includes the supporting of technical infrastructure on the rural areas, social assistance for employees of former state farms and corporate governance of agricultural breeding companies with particular importance for national economy. The Agency also conducts monitoring of the private land market and supports the development of family farms run by individual farmers.
