Główne kierunki reformy WPR na lata 2014-2020

W opracowaniu przedstawiono wiodące wątki dyskusji nad reformą WPR oraz zaprezentowano główne uzgodnienia dotyczące kształtu reformy WPR na lata 2014–2020. Przedstawiony konsensus jest wynikiem porozumienia politycznego osiągniętego w drodze negocjacji w ramach tzw. trilogu, czyli uzgodnień między Komisją Europejską, Parlamentem Europejskim i Radą Europejską. Artykuł identyfikuje wyzwania związane z opóźnieniem w uchwalaniu prawodawstwa unijnego. Prowadzi również do konkluzji, że ukierunkowanie wszystkich unijnych polityk na zintegrowane cele zwiastuje bliski koniec każdej ściśle sektorowej polityki.Bibliografia
